Internet Tools Benefit Your Customers and Your Business

…automated services allow you to outsource services using the Internet. Insync Solutions offers its Selltec software to manufacturer's reps for handling commission check reconciliation. As Shaun Daly, general manager for the Dallas-based firm, explains, his company receives orders from the rep firms as well as invoices from principals…The company inputs the information into the database and either posts the updated database file to the Web for download or sends it via email. Rep firms running this software on their own PC's then add the updated files to the database software to generate new reports that facilitate payment of commission checks to sales reps.
'We provide the back-end service,' Daly says. 'We're constantly updating the information for reps.'"
