1. What type of service does Insync Solutions provide?
We provide back office automation for sales rep firms. We do this by combining our Selltec software product with our data entry and check reconciliation services. By bundling the software and service, we are providing our customers with information, not just software, that allows them to manage their business better.

2. How does the service work?
We collect and enter all of the orders and/or invoices and reconcile the commission checks. We then transfer the data file to the client's computer, allowing them to run all of their month end reports, pay their reps, and monitor sales activity throughout the month.

3. Tell me more specifically how the process works?
The first thing we do is set up the new database for our client by entering all principal, customer, distributor, and sales rep data (names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.). We then provide our clients with a site license for Selltec, our software program, and have them install the program.
The process from this point centers on document flow for data entry purposes. Depending upon the service level plan chosen, document flow starts with either an order or an invoice. You send us copies of orders and invoices as frequently as you choose. In addition, we receive data in various computer file formats, allowing for even faster data capture and lower pricing rates for you. Either way, manually entered or electronically imported, we capture the data and return the documents expeditiously. When commission checks arrive, we then enter and reconcile the checks. All checks are reconciled by the 15th of the month.
The database is available to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As we update the database, we post the file to your private, secure designated FTP site where it is available to you for downloads from anywhere you have access to the Internet.

4. Tell me more about Selltec, your software product.
Selltec is a Windows-based software system written in Microsoft Access and is very intuitive for users of any Microsoft product. The system was designed specifically for manufacturers reps. The strength of the product is capturing orders and invoices (in total or line item detail) throughout the month and then utilizing the check reconciliation feature that allows the agency to "audit" the accuracy of checks, promptly pay their reps, and monitor open orders and unpaid invoices.
Because all the orders and invoices are captured in Selltec, you have the ability to track sales by rep, account or principal. We have numerous reports built into the system and work with our clients developing reports specific to their needs.

5. Can I export data out of Selltec?
Yes, as a Microsoft Access product, the flexible "portability" of the data allows for efficient exports to practically any desktop application, including most accounting software products. In addition, Selltec has “instant export” toolbar icons, allowing reports to be exported from the report preview screen to either MS Word or MS Excel where the reports can be emailed immediately.

6. How much training is required to get started with Selltec?
Our partnership philosophy at Insync Solutions allows us to treat our clients as end-users of Selltec rather than database engineers or technicians. Our data entry service bureau "populates" the database, allowing you to focus on the metrics of your business rather than the mechanics of the software program.
As end-users of Selltec, rather than system administrators, our clients require minimal technical training. Our team at Insync Solutions will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition from your current environment. There are no setup fees or customer training/support charges.

7. Would you consider just selling your software to us?
Our philosophy is that software should be a business tool, not an administrative process. The tool is useful only when the data is fresh and available at your fingertips. We feel the best way to provide you with timely and accurate information is to use our trained staff to capture and process your data. We do not sell Selltec as a standalone product. In fact, rather than design our software for your administrative staff to manage and update, our client version of Selltec is designed as a management aide for the sales executive to run reports, data queries, and access contacts information.

8. How much does your service cost?
The pricing of our solution (software and service) depends primarily upon:
- Volume of orders and/or invoices
- Data entry level of detail (i.e. track by order total or by individual items), and
- Type of data capture (i.e. manual entry from paper or electronic import from data file)
Our philosophy is to deliver information faster and for a lower cost than you could do it yourself. Our pricing is calculated on a per unit charge. The unit rate is variable depending upon the three factors listed above.
It is important to note that our unit price covers our entire solution. There are no hidden costs. There are no upfront setup or license fees, no training costs, no annual maintenance fees, and no version upgrade or additional module charges. See our Pricing section for more details.

9. How does your software compare with other products on the market?
Right now, there are at least three separate software areas that a sales rep firm should address:
- Commission and Sales Management
- Contact Management/Sales Force Automation, and
- Accounting
In the Commission and Sales Management market, Selltec has all of the back office functionality of the leading brands and more. One of our advantages over other products is the Insync philosophy of building business relationships with our clients through our outsourcing services. The working relationships that we develop with our clients allow us to implement features specifically for their business.
Although Selltec features an excellent contact management database, we do not try to compete with the leading contact management or sales force automation brands (e.g. Act!, salesforce.com, etc.). Our strength is in automating the back office for sales rep firms.
Selltec is not a replacement product for a general ledger accounting system, but, because of our industry niche focus on sales rep firms, we are a superior alternative to the one size fits all large accounting systems (e.g. QuickBooks, PeachTree, etc.) as it relates to commission and sales management functionality.

10. What type of technical support programs do you have?
We offer unlimited technical support for all of our clients. This includes unlimited phone support and software maintenance including reasonable enhancements and modifications. There are no incremental fees for technical support.
