Our CompanyOverviewInsync Solutions was born from the desire of one sales rep wanting to track her sales and ensure the accuracy of her commission checks. The system now known as Selltec evolved from tracking one reps' activity to the entire agency.Our bundling of software and service has an organic beginning as well. Our experience in the industry is that most sales rep agencies have administrative resources that are stretched and typically grind through the month end paperwork process (at the expense of more productive activities). Our first client loved Selltec, but quickly realized that properly maintaining a software database is time intensive. It became apparent that our teams' knowledge of the software made us the much more efficient choice to maintain the database, allowing the client to use her resources more productively. The Insync Solutions management team has an impressive combination of industry knowledge, technical expertise, and business management experience. Members of our team have many years of experience managing manufacturer rep agencies, designing and implementing software solutions, and managing business relationships.
