"We recently found and tried (successfully) a service, called Insync Solutions, that processes and reports on sales/commission tracking. Their system is Microsoft Access based, and one of the real beauties of the package is that they can import and process principal information in electronic format. Monthly reports are available by the 15th of the following month, and are downloaded into our server from Insync's via the Internet. They installed "front ends" on the PC's of the managers here, and we can slice and dice the information in any number of ways. Reports can be exported to Word or Excel, and we can e-mail reports to the salespeople. As a result of this implementation, we were able to pare down our staff and no longer have a part-time employee devoted to inputting this data.

The Insync Solutions package, which is called Selltec, is the perfect fit for the growing, progressive rep firm. For those of you that know John Rowell of CompTech, one of the very large rep firms in our territory, he is using Insync Solutions and has been very pleased with them, too. "
